Homework

Math Homework

Students will complete their math homework page in school on most days. If a student is having difficulty with the lesson or needs extra time, I will send the homework page home in their take-home folder for extra practice. On the review day they will also take home a study guide that they can use to review for the math test.

Reading Homework

Every day, students are required to read at home for at least 20 minutes. It is very important for students at this age to practice reading for fun! Try to find material that your child is interested in to make it an enjoyable experience for him or her. Be sure to help your child find reading material that he or she can read independently. If you need suggestions, I am happy to help.

Unfinished Work

Occasionally, unfinished classwork may be sent home as homework. Please have your child complete the work at home and return it to school by the date on the note.
